January 1st is the day that most people like to kick start their new year's resolutions. Sometimes it can be difficult to plan ahead and set a goal. If you're still thinking about restarting your paleo diet (or start one for the first time) then here are ten great ways you can kick your old habits goodbye and start living the paleo lifestyle.


1. Do a Whole30.

The Whole30 program was founded in 2009 by Melissa Hartwig and Dallas Hartwig. It's a short term 30 day eating plan that aims to curb cravings and kick off a healthier overall lifestyle. Think of it as a paleo bootcamp. It's a very popular program that delivers healthy results and receives rave reviews.
