All you have to do is mix up the cake and muffin mix following the easy instructions on the back of the bag, then stir in your cranberries and orange zest, and bake! Voila! 

 

Paleo Cranberry Orange Hazelnut Bread Recipe

Sliced Paleo Orange Cranberry Bread Recipe

Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Paleo Hazelnut Cake & Muffin Mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut oil + 1 teaspoon for greasing pans
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange zest

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a paper towel, grease the bottom and sides of the mini loaf pans with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the baking mix, eggs, coconut oil, honey, and water until well combined.
  4. FOLD in cranberries and orange zest until evenly distributed.
  5. POUR into mini loaf pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
